This resort offered an very nice experience. Our suite included daily afternoon tea, a nice perk. The facilities included infinity pools, a spa, a gym, and a tennis court. I found cycling around the area enjoyable. I appreciated engaging in local cultural activities too.
I noticed some minor wear in the reception area. It could use a little updating.

this resort is very nice. the staff, food and amenities were special. we got our own private pool room. the shared amenities are amazing. i loved tea time at 3pm with complimentary snacks. restaurants are tasty and i got very nice massages at their spa. each room gets a 'butler' to assist. we seemed like royalty here!
for almost our entire stay we had no power. we did not have wifi in our room, no access to internet. no mobile phones, no t. v. no in-room phones worked. there is no cell phone service because of the remote location. this was a challenge because of a family emergency.

The included breakfast was great. I especially enjoyed the coffee. The staff was very kind, though sometimes slow.
For a few hours, I did not have power in my room. This meant no access to the internet. My phone did not work, as there was no cell phone service.
